Sean’s foundation in music began early, shaped by a deep appreciation for both performance and technical precision. Starting with the trumpet and later gravitating toward vocal performance, he eventually expanded into guitar, where his interest in sound and structure continued to evolve.
He holds a B.A. in Music Technology from Montana State University, where he studied classical guitar and performed with the University Chorale. This formal training informs his meticulous approach to system design and execution, where an understanding of both artistry and engineering is essential.
Outside of his professional work, Sean pursues disciplines that challenge both body and mind. Whether rock climbing, practicing martial arts, or crafting jewelry, his pursuits reflect the same focus, balance, and attention to detail that define his work.
Stevie

Stevie brings a refined sense of organization, discretion, and execution to Copper Clad, where she supports strategic development, administration, and financial operations. Since joining the company in 2025, she has become an integral force behind the seamless coordination of complex initiatives.
Her professional background is both diverse and deeply rooted in service. As former Executive Director of the IndepenDANCE Community Dance Project, she oversaw the production of large-scale performances with precision and care. Her 18-year tenure in the funeral industry further reflects her ability to guide meaningful, detail-oriented experiences with empathy and composure.
Stevie is driven by a passion for creating thoughtful, well-executed experiences—whether in professional settings or personal gatherings. She enjoys music, live performances, and time spent with her husband James, their daughter, and their Dalmatian, Roxie.
Cody
Bridging Analog Soul with Digital Precision.
Cody’s lifelong pursuit of innovation began with an early curiosity for how technology works—and how it can be improved. A formative childhood experience repairing a Betamax system set the tone for a career defined by hands-on exploration and a commitment to mastery.
With more than 25 years of professional experience and a B.A. in Sound Engineering, Cody operates at the intersection of legacy craftsmanship and modern performance. Having worked extensively across both analog and digital environments, he brings a unique perspective to system design—one that prioritizes simplicity, sonic integrity, and intuitive user experience, regardless of technological complexity.
His work is guided by a belief that technology should enhance everyday life without compromise. Outside of Copper Clad, Cody enjoys time spent with his wife Lacy, exploring backcountry roads, and appreciating music in its purest form—often on vinyl.
Lacy
Designing Systems That Feel Effortless.
Lacy’s career in audio-visual integration began with an early, hands-on introduction to system programming—an experience that quickly revealed her natural aptitude for problem-solving and system optimization.
Over time, she has developed a reputation for delivering thoughtful, eAective solutions across a wide range of AV environments. Her early exposure to Bohlender-Graebener Radia technology shaped a lasting belief that exceptional theater experiences can be achieved in any home. She is passionate about guiding clients through the full sensory experience of their systems—ensuring that performance, aesthetics, and usability are equally considered.
Beyond her work, Lacy owns Big Sky Burro, a hospitality venture rooted in the landscapes of Southwest Montana. Her time outside the oAice is spent outdoors, often with her donkeys, creating experiences that reflect the same sense of care and intention she brings to her work.
